Job summary

BOLD is seeking a Senior Product Manager II to grow traffic across its multi-brand ecosystem. The role collaborates with Marketing, Paid Acquisition, SEO, and Engineering to acquire users, run scalable experiments, and drive high-intent visitor conversion.

You’ll manage cross-functional growth initiatives, optimize acquisition loops, and work with executives to align strategy and measurable outcomes. This role is fully remote in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience earning trust across teams and resolving conflicts.
• Experience owning growth across multiple brands or regions.
• Bi-annual bonus eligibility may apply.

Responsibilities

• Grow traffic across BOLD’s brands and optimize acquisition channels.
• Lead growth experiments and test design across cross-functional teams.
• Own Joblist and bidding engine, ROAS targets, and platform integrations.
• Identify scalable opportunities and steer investment to maximize user growth.
