Job summary

SCAN Health Plan seeks a Director of Strategy and Operations for Member Services to drive strategy, governance, analytics and transformation initiatives. The role translates business priorities into actionable execution plans, oversees performance reporting, dashboards, and cross-functional roadmaps, and aligns partner teams across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of related experience in operations, strategy, analytics, program management, or related functions.
• Experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and decision-support materials.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives, transformation workstreams, governance routines, or portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and operational integration for Member Services.
• Own integrated performance reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and trend analysis.
• Coordinate Monthly Operating Reviews and leadership rhythms; consolidate updates and actions.
• Translate priorities into execution plans; oversee project portfolio and roadmaps.
• Partner with Analytics, Technology, Workforce Management, Finance, HR, Training, and external partners.
