Job summary

Pear Commerce Inc. is seeking a senior Growth Ops professional to own go-to-market growth strategy and analytics for a remote-enabled team in the United States.

You will lead measurement, experimentation, ICP insights, ROI modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to shape growth investments and outcomes. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and build a scalable analytics program, partnering with Demand Gen, Sales, Product, and Finance to deliver data-driven decisions and measurable

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience owning growth strategy or growth analytics at a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong analytical toolkit with business judgment to identify impactful analysis.
• Ability to define growth measurement and instrumentation from ground up.
• Exceptional communication to explain findings to a CEO concisely.
• Experience driving cross-functional change with senior leaders in marketing, sales, product, and finance.
• Comfort with modern GTM stack and quick learning of new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own Growth Measurement and Attribution: Build a single view of what's producing pipeline by channel and campaign.
• Own Growth Priorities and Experimentation: Identify where to invest, pull back, and what to test next.
• Own ICP and Customer Insight: Define ICP with insights from top customers and align targeting/messaging.
• Own ROI Modeling: Build models quantifying ROI for Pear and customers.
• Drive Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Demand Gen, Analytics & Finance, IT, Product; translate findings into actionable guidance.
