Job summary

SCAN Health Plan in Long Beach is seeking a Growth Strategy & Operations Manager to design and implement national sales strategies across channels, products, and markets. You will work with the Chief Growth Officer and VP of Growth Strategy & Ops to plan for sales seasons, including Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), and build a data-driven performance function.

The role requires 6 years of healthcare strategy or related experience, collaboration across executive teams, and strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years in healthcare strategy, sales ops, corporate strategy, or related fields.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and cross-functional program leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on long-term sales strategies across channels, products, and markets.
• Lead and manage the AEP War Room and cross-functional execution.
• Develop KPI dashboards with data and finance teams.
• Forecast annual sales with Finance and leadership teams.
• Identify and implement tools with IT to maximize sales performance.
• Support executive presentations (Board/ELT) and annual planning.
