Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in analytical, operational, or project management roles.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven problem solving.
• Strong ability to partner with multiple teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Scope, plan, and execute operational efforts to improve efficiency with minimal supervision.
• Conduct root-cause analyses of sales compensation and software integration pain points.
• Measure impact and ensure mechanisms sustain improved performance.
• Promote data-driven decision making and ongoing optimization.
• Support multiple projects and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Perform ad-hoc analytics and modeling to understand key business parts.
• Align needs across the organization and ensure timely delivery within budget.
