• 3+ years of sales, account management, or hybrid revenue experience.
• Proven ability to grow a book of business and drive retention.
• Skilled at balancing high-volume inbound with targeted outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed revenue targets and growth metrics.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while driving outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Quote accurately using CharterUP’s marketplace tech to minimize friction in booking.
• Maintain disciplined call patterns for velocity and follow-up.
• Close decisively with confident communication and strategic questioning.
• Drive repeat business by expanding relationships and converting one-time bookings into ongoing engagements.
• Document thoroughly in CRM and ensure data integrity across systems.
