Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, information systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years in operations, analyst, coordinator, or admin role.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Comfort learning new software and data-driven environments.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping across efforts.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to follow up with leadership.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pipeline, opportunities, accounts, and pursuit activity in the CRM.
• Log qualified opportunities from federal and commercial sources with complete data.
• Build workflows and dashboards in Smartsheet or designated system.
• Ensure data accuracy across sheets and dashboards; document changes.
• Produce recurring pipeline reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate gate reviews; track artifacts and deadlines.
• Support Proposal Manager with logistics, document shells, and version control.
• Assist with teaming agreements and NDAs tracking.
