Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

Maintain and manage the opportunity pipeline and CRM records.
Build and improve Smartsheet workflows, forms, and dashboards.
Prepare recurring reports and gate review materials, coordinate meetings.
Provide light production support to Proposal Manager during active pursuits.
Support strategy, capture planning, pricing, and proposal authorship by senior staff.
