Job summary

Iridium Communications Inc. seeks a Business Development Operations Analyst to support the Government PNT business by maintaining CRM data and managing pipeline reporting in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

You’ll work closely with BD leaders to keep opportunities current, actionable, and well-documented. This role requires five years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience supporting business development operations or sales ops.
• Experience maintaining CRM systems and pipelines for customer-facing teams.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, metrics, and exec presentations.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate CRM records in Dynamics 365 (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities).
• Update opportunity information and track customer and partner engagements.
• Administer the BD pipeline, monitor status, forecast timing and probability.
• Develop recurring pipeline reports, dashboards, and exec summaries.
• Coordinate follow-up activities to ensure timely execution.
• Identify data gaps and work with leaders to resolve issues.
• Standardize CRM processes to improve reporting accuracy.
• Track lead sources from conferences and campaigns to assess effectiveness.
