Job summary

Patriot Group International Inc. (PGI) invites applications for a part-time Data Automation Analyst Intern in Herndon, VA. This role focuses on QA of automation systems, designing and monitoring cloud-based automation within PGI contracts nationwide.

You will provide detailed reporting, implement updates to data requests, and support dashboards and workflows. Responsibilities include KPI reporting, data integrity across programs, and training for CGF and other teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced operations environment and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass drug screen and background checks.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed reporting for internal and external customers.
• Update data requests for programs and ensure data integrity across domains.
• Support dashboards, data workflows, and KPI reporting using Excel and Smartsheet.
• Monitor and improve PGI data automation processes and workflows.
