Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Government, or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in business development, market research, consulting, sales operations, or government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Research upcoming federal contracting opportunities using government procurement websites and industry resources.
• Monitor procurement forecasts, contract awards, recompete opportunities, and industry announcements across federal healthcare agencies.
• Research competitors, incumbent contractors, teaming partners, and market trends to support competitive intelligence and capture planning.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, account, and pipeline information within Salesforce CRM.
• Develop executive reports, dashboards, pipeline analytics, and business development metrics for leadership decision-making.
• Assist Capture Managers with customer research, procurement history, briefing materials, and capture planning activities.
• Take on additional tasks to support team objectives and project success.
