Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for major client programs. You will identify, recruit, and scale high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth and help clients achieve business objectives.

You will shape recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and influence partnership roadmaps beyond traditional affiliate models, all in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of partnership/channel marketing experience.
• Affiliate marketing background required; exposure to content partnerships or retail media is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks (Impact, Partnerize, CJ, Awin).

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by growing partner performance and retention.
• Identify, recruit, and recruit high-potential partners based on client needs.
• Manage day-to-day communications with top partners.
• Develop end-to-end partner strategies aligned to client KPIs.
• Present data-driven insights and ROI to clients.
