Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for large client programs. You will identify, recruit, and optimize high-impact partnerships that generate measurable revenue and align with client goals.

You will lead recruitment, activation, and optimization efforts, collaborate with the team, and communicate insights through clear reporting and strategy discussions. This role emphasizes remote work and travel for key meetings.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of partnership/channel marketing experience, Affiliate marketing background required.
• Proven track record of self-generating new business and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Drive partner growth strategies to scale client programs and revenue.
• Identify, recruit, and optimize high-potential partners based on client needs.
• Manage relationships with top partners and ensure alignment with client objectives.
• Build end-to-end recruitment/paid placement plans aligned with KPIs.
• Pitch opportunities with clear ROI and engage stakeholders to gain approvals.
