Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for large client programs. You will identify, recruit, and scale high-impact partnerships that deliver measurable revenue growth and align with client objectives.

This remote role requires strategic leadership, strong negotiation, and cross-vertical collaboration. You will own recruitment and activation plans, report on performance, and mentor teammates while traveling up to 20% for client meetings.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of partnership/channel marketing experience.
• Direct exposure to creator partnerships, AEO, or retail media is a strong plus.
• Proven excellence in meeting or exceeding revenue/recruitment targets at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and scale high-potential partners to drive revenue growth.
