Plein Air Agency is a fully remote team seeking a business development leader to generate and expand opportunities, fueling top-of-funnel growth and unlocking new paths for growth with clients. You’ll identify whitespace, create demand, and bring new ideas to life in partnership with new and existing clients.

This role is designed for sales professionals energized by creating opportunity, not just closing it.

Formación

Ability to generate pipeline and create new business opportunities.
Experience in B2B sales with ownership over early-stage deal development.
Strong consultative instincts to uncover and shape client needs.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure where none exists.

Responsabilidades

Proactively generate top-of-funnel opportunities within an existing client base.
Identify whitespace and develop strategic hypotheses for growth across accounts.
Lead early-stage discovery and shape client thinking around new opportunities.
Build and maintain a healthy, forward-looking pipeline through consistent outreach and engagement.
Partner cross-functionally to bring the right solutions to market at the right time.
Guide opportunities through the sales cycle, from initial idea to closed deal.
Leverage data and insights to prioritize efforts and refine business development strategy.
