Job summary

Jarvisent Media seeks a Business Growth Manager to own the front end of our growth. You will identify prospects, build a sales pipeline, and pitch, negotiate and close new clients across D2C, e-commerce and lifestyle brands.

You will connect with founders and marketing leaders, pitching performance marketing and growth solutions. This role offers a remote-first setup with opportunities for impact and earnings tied to growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Growth, Agency Sales or Client Partnerships.
• Experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing sales preferred.
• Proven ability to pitch, negotiate and close business.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial sense and ability to identify high-value opportunities.
• Comfortable working with Indian and international clients.
• Self-driven, target-oriented with high ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the front end of growth — identify prospects and build a sales pipeline.
• Pitch, negotiate and close new clients for performance marketing and growth solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Track pipeline, conversions and revenue growth; collaborate with marketing, performance and operations teams.
• Connect with Founders, CMOs, Marketing Heads and key decision-makers.
• Develop outbound sales via networking, referrals, LinkedIn and partnerships.
