Qualifications

• 2–5 years of partnership/channel marketing experience.
• Affiliate marketing background preferred; exposure to content partnerships or retail media is a plus.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks such as Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.

Responsibilities

• Publisher & Partner Performance: Build high-potential partner relationships and optimize performance to drive client growth.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Follow processes for paid placements and optimizations; translate data into actionable insights.
• Strategy & Execution: Develop recruitment and paid placement plans aligned with client goals and KPIs.
