Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead for a fully remote role in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will own the end-to-end growth strategy, blending acquisition, activation, and retention with rigorous experimentation and data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to scale user acquisition, optimize lifecycle marketing, and drive revenue growth across multiple channels. Leadership and strong analytical skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of growth marketing experience, with a track record of scaling user bases and revenue.
• Experience designing and running experimentation and A/B testing programs.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, and analytics tools such as GA, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.
• Strong collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams to drive product-led growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop a holistic growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue (AARRR).
• Design and manage a rigorous experimentation framework to identify and scale high-impact initiatives.
• Oversee and optimize paid channels (SEM, social, display) while maintaining positive ROI.
• Lead SEO to drive organic growth and improve rankings.
• Implement email and lifecycle campaigns to boost engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with product and data teams to identify growth levers and instrument growth experiments.
• Define growth metrics and build dashboards to track progress and report performance.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to refine strategies.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team.
