Job summary

Globaltize is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead strategy across paid acquisition, creative direction, direct response, content, lifecycle marketing, and organic growth. Fully remote role from Canada, with 5+ years in growth marketing experience.

You'll align messaging with audience awareness, build data-driven campaigns, oversee paid and organic channels, and drive qualified leads and revenue while shaping the marketing function.

Qualifications

• Strategic and hands-on marketing leadership across channels.
• Ability to optimize messaging by audience and awareness level.
• Proven track record in driving qualified leads and revenue.
• Experience coordinating paid and organic campaigns with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead overall marketing strategy, priorities, and growth roadmap.
• Define positioning, offers, value propositions, and core messaging.
• Lead creative strategy for paid and organic content and testing plans.
• Build and optimize lead-generation funnels, landing pages, and journeys.
• Use data sources to identify high-performing campaigns and revenue sources.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops and Sales on CRM segmentation and nurturing.
• Plan newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, and re-engagement programs.
• Oversee blog/SEO priorities and align content with revenue goals.
• Improve website messaging and conversion rates through testing.
• Maintain a structured testing roadmap and report on KPIs.
