CRI Genetics is expanding into health tech with a new wearable and AI insights product. We seek a Marketing Growth Manager to own the growth engine across brand, acquisition, lifecycle and launch strategy.

You will own the paid media strategy, manage budgets, and drive new-customer acquisition through Meta and Google. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in paid acquisition for DTC/eCommerce, hands-on Meta and Google expertise, and strong tracking and testing discipline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on paid acquisition in DTC/eCommerce/subscription.
• In-platform Meta Ads with prospecting, retargeting, and creative testing.
• In-platform Google Ads across Search & Shopping/Performance Max; YouTube a plus.
• Strong CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV and payback understanding for daily budget decisions.
• GA4 tracking setup: pixels, Conversions API, Tag Manager.
• Experience with A/B testing, landing-page optimization, and lifecycle marketing.

Responsabilités

• Own new-customer acquisition across Meta and Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
• Scale winning campaigns and cut underperformers based on CAC, ROAS, and payback.
• Plan, pace, and forecast paid media budget against new-customer and revenue targets.
• Run a continuous testing program across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages with hypotheses.
• Brief and manage ad creative, including UGC and creator content, to sustain a pipeline of winners.
• Optimize landing pages and the DTC purchase funnel to convert paid traffic into customers.
• Own tracking and reporting (GA4, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, Tag Manager) and collaborate with lifecycle team for retention.
