Job summary

BM Digital is seeking a Head of Growth to lead aggressive paid media scaling across a portfolio of DTC brands. You will own growth strategy, supervise a team of analysts and strategists, and act as the senior voice to drive scalable, durable growth.

The role requires deep expertise in Meta-driven scaling and cross-channel optimization, with a focus on durable long-term performance while maintaining client trust. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable track record of scaling Meta accounts beyond $100k/day.
• 6-10 years in paid digital advertising, with a meaningful portion managing large Meta budgets for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Deep understanding of Meta's algorithm—creative fatigue, cost control interactions, audience saturation, CPM dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Scale Meta accounts to six figures per day when unit economics allow.
• Lead full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
• Provide creative strategy leadership to drive winning concepts at scale.
• Manage senior client relationships across a portfolio of high-growth DTC brands.
• Develop and mentor junior analysts and strategists.
