Somewhere seeks a seasoned Head of Growth / CMO to own the growth engine across paid media, marketplaces, email retention, and AI-driven creative workflows. You will partner with the Founder to remove bottlenecks, drive profitable top-line growth, and optimize performance across channels.

This remote role requires 6+ years in DTC growth, strong agency oversight, and fluency in English, with availability during US business hours to coordinate with teams and partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of growth marketing leadership experience in scaling DTC brands ($5M–$20M+ ARR).
• Experience overseeing external performance marketing, retention, and Amazon agencies.
• Fluent in English with strong written/spoken communication.
• Deep understanding of ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV and contribution margins.
• Ability to build AI-driven marketing operations at scale.

Responsabilités

• Own top-line and profitability metrics across all digital channels.
• Direct external partner agencies and ensure accountable performance.
• Create repeatable, high-volume ad testing for Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Integrate AI workflows to speed up creative briefing, landing pages, and reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership on calendars, product launches, and inventory planning.
