Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Director of Growth for a DTC Health & Wellness brand. This remote role owns customer acquisition, revenue growth, and full-funnel strategy across digital channels, with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and marketing efficiency.

You will lead paid media, optimization, and experimentation, partner with creative, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive subscriptions and repeat purchases while scaling growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth, performance marketing, or DTC ecommerce roles.
• Proven experience scaling paid media and revenue.
• Strong analytical, attribution, and experimentation skills.
• Hands-on operator comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities
