CRI Genetics is expanding into health tech with a remote Marketing Director role. You will own growth strategy, lead acquisition and lifecycle, and build the team's capabilities as we launch a smart wearable combining biometric tracking with genetic profiles.

You''ll manage paid channels, GTM for new products, and partner with cross-functional teams, agencies, and leadership to define the category and drive revenue.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in growth/performance marketing in DTC/eCommerce, with team leadership.
• Proven track record launching and scaling paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Hands-on lifecycle marketing flows in Klaviyo or HubSpot.
• Strong KPI and analytics mindset; experience with attribution tools.

Aufgaben

• Own full-funnel marketing strategy from acquisition to retention.
• Launch and scale paid channels; optimize based on unit economics.
• Lead go-to-market for new products and channels; run A/B tests.
• Build lifecycle flows, testing programs, and assets.
• Manage budget like a P&L and track KPIs to guide decisions.
• Build and mentor marketing team and SOPs for repeatable execution.
