mPulse is seeking a data‑driven Marketing Automation & Data Specialist to power our demand generation engine by optimizing marketing technology, automating outreach, and delivering actionable performance insights. In this role, you'll build, execute, and continuously improve automated campaigns and sales outreach while ensuring accurate reporting across the marketing funnel.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data independently and explain findings in writing.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems and their integrations.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including pivot tables and lookups.
• Collaborates across Marketing, Sales Development, and Sales Operations to align goals.
• 4+ years in marketing operations or similar with platform ownership.
• 2+ years Salesforce experience including attribution and field mapping.
• Hands-on analytics: build reports from scratch and reconcile data.
• Experience administering an enterprise marketing automation platform.

Responsabilités

• Monitor data flow across connected systems; troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle processes.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality standards.
• Create and manage campaigns across MA platform and CRM with consistent naming and tagging.
• Design marketing emails, forms, and landing pages; oversee list processing and delivery.
• Develop dashboards and reports; validate accuracy before distribution.
• Analyze campaign performance and produce written recaps with recommendations.
• Support attribution, funnel reporting, and governance from first touch to pipeline.
• Partner with Sales Development and Sales Operations on list quality and lead handoff.
• Support platform migrations and data preparation; document processes and improvements.
