KidKare, a 100% remote CACFP software company, seeks a Customer Growth Manager to own onboarding, retention, renewal and expansion for hundreds of sponsor accounts across states. You will scale processes, drive engagement, and ensure fast value delivery in high-volume settings.

You will partner with Support and Product to improve templates, training materials and outreach sequences, using AI tools to extend capacity. A Bachelor’s degree and SaaS experience with quotas are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or Inside Sales in SaaS.
• Experience managing many accounts with varying engagement levels.
• Upsell/cross-sell experience and quota responsibility.
• Strong organizational discipline and adherence to workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to tailor messaging.

• Oversee at-scale onboarding for newly signed accounts across states.
• Own retention and renewal outcomes with automated and personalized outreach.
• Identify upsell opportunities and manage expansion across a large portfolio.
