Job summary

Kenswick Recruiting is hiring a remote Customer Success Manager to be the main point of contact for client accounts. You will guide goals, timelines, and progress, while coordinating with internal teams to keep workloads on schedule.

You will manage multiple accounts, communicate clearly in calls and emails, and use CRM tools to track health and renewals. A quiet home workspace and reliable internet are required.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in customer success, account management, client services, or relationship-focused sales
• A calm, organized communicator on the phone, on video, and in writing
• The ability to keep several accounts moving at once without dropping details
• Comfort with CRM software, video meetings, and spreadsheets
• A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed internet
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Run kickoff calls with new clients to set goals, timelines, and expectations
• Hold regular check-ins and send clear written progress updates
• Coordinate with our internal team so each client's work stays on schedule
• Answer questions and resolve concerns quickly and calmly
• Spot chances to expand the work and pass them to business development
• Track account health, feedback, and renewals in our CRM
