Sav.............. (Savance Workplace) seeks a Customer Success Manager to own post-sale relationships, focusing on renewals, expansions, and long-term retention. You will shape how CS operates in a startup‑like SaaS environment, partnering with Sales and leadership to build a scalable CS function.

You will manage 1,000+ organizations, including large enterprises, and drive value-based conversations, adoption, and renewal strategies while ensuring revenue growth and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or revenue-adjacent role.
• Experience owning renewals, upsells, and retention in SaaS.
• Ability to manage a large, diverse portfolio of customers.
• Comfort leading executive-level value conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, account development, renewal planning and expansion.
• Lead end-to-end renewals with risk identification and on-time renewal execution.
• Identify adoption gaps to mitigate churn and drive value reinforcement.
• Proactively uncover upsell opportunities across departments and use cases.
• Partner with Sales while owning overall account growth strategy.
