Job summary

The Atlantic District is seeking an Expansion Agent in New Castle, PA who will actively engage with the community, meet clients in homes or local venues, and help build a safety net for families. This role emphasizes relationship-building, local events, and ongoing client support, with full company backing for long-term growth.

Candidates should have a PA life/health license and a proven sales record, plus comfort with fieldwork and strong organizational skills to manage schedules and records.

Qualifications

• Active PA Life and Health Insurance License.
• Demonstrated history of success in sales roles.
• Comfort with face-to-face client meetings and community engagement.
• Deep familiarity with New Castle and surrounding areas.
• Proficiency in managing client records and using digital sales tools.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage your own schedule while working in the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a new client base throughout New Castle by identifying community needs.
• Meet with individuals and families in their homes or local coffee shops to discuss their financial goals and protection needs.
• Explain complex insurance products in plain, easy-to-understand language.
• Provide personalized recommendations that offer real security and peace of mind to our neighbors.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure their coverage evolves alongside life changes.
• Represent The Atlantic District at local events and help build our footprint as a trusted resource in the community.
