Job summary

Superfiliate is seeking a Head of Demand Gen Marketing to transform our marketing into a measurable, data-driven growth engine. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic vision with direct execution, initially as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build a team.

You will partner across Product, Creator Strategy, Content, Design and Sales to create integrated marketing experiences that reflect our position in the creator economy and drive scalable pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of entrepreneurial marketing leadership in high-growth B2B SaaS or commerce tech.
• Proven ability to own pipeline goals and drive measurable results.
• Experience with influencer marketing or ecommerce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute end-to-end demand gen strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Own full-funnel demand generation including webinars, newsletters, web lead capture, LinkedIn Ads, Adwords, email, ABM.
• Design and implement marketing operations to track, analyze, and improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure pipelines are qualified.
• Organize industry dinners, meetups and attend major conferences.
• Develop collaborations to amplify our voice in the market.
• Capture event momentum into ongoing digital engagement.
