Job summary

BrainPOP is seeking a Senior E-Commerce & Small Account Growth Manager to own the commercial operating plan for Classroom and eligible single-school customers, served through self-service and scalable motions. This hands-on role builds automation, experiments, and measurable growth with the Growth & Lifecycle team.

Hybrid in NYC or remote USA, with occasional NYC HQ collaboration 1–2 times per year. You will partner with Product, Engineering, RevOps, Data, Finance, Sales, and Support to optimize

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in ecommerce growth, digital marketing, or subscription operations.
• Hands-on with marketing automation, journey design, segmentation, and testing.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment, including funnel/cohort analysis and customer economics.
• Experience translating growth needs into product and integration requirements; coding is not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the small accounts commercial plan and drive revenue growth.
• Improve checkout, renewals, and upgrades for self-service and scalable motions.
• Lead experiments, measure impact, and adjust investments within budgets.
• Define and deliver procurement of automation to improve customer journeys.
