Job summary

Cranberry Panda is seeking a commercially minded Growth Lead to own digital growth for our ecommerce partner. This remote, six-month contract offers autonomy to shape strategy and drive customer acquisition, conversion and revenue.

You will manage budgets, lead performance marketing, work with agencies and cross-functional teams, and develop a structured testing programme across campaigns. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in growth marketing or paid acquisition
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads / Paid Search is essential
• Meta experience would be highly beneficial
• Commercially astute and analytical
• Confident managing agencies
• Experience with CRO, A/B testing
• Ideally experienced in a start-up business.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall digital growth strategy
• Lead performance marketing activity
• Manage marketing budgets, channel investment and performance
• Work closely with external agencies
• Develop a structured testing programme across campaigns
• Analyse customer behaviour and website performance
