You will lead channel experiments, build partnerships and referral programs, and optimize acquisition across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. Strong analytics and hands-on performance marketing with Meta and Google is essential.

Qualifications

• Must speak Spanish at native level and fluent English.
• Experience building and scaling customer acquisition in early-stage or high-growth tech environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing across paid and organic channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer acquisition strategy from lead generation through conversion, activation, and retention.
• Build and optimize acquisition across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
• Develop partnerships and referral programs that generate high-intent leads.
• Manage relationships with commercial partners and agencies.
• Run experiments and A/B tests across the customer journey.
• Identify new acquisition channels to diversify growth and manage marketing investment for return.
