• Drive upsell and renewal conversations with existing Energy Solutions Corp accounts
• Chase down warm referrals before competitors in Orem get the call
• Test three subject lines, kill two, scale the winner
• Read intent data and route the Orem hot leads first
• Translate Customer Journey Mapping dashboards into stories the sales floor actually uses
• Wire Knowledge Base Management and Customer Journey Mapping together so marketing hands sales clean leads
• Sit in on demos and tighten the script after every loss
