Qualifications

• Proven Empathy results, mentoring experience and escalation skills.
• Patience to mentor without taking over the keyboard.
• Hands-on proficiency with mentoring and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Report on attribution and channel ROI to inform planning.
• Coach the Customer Success team to value selling over discounts.
• Establish a Net Promoter Score–driven scoring model.
• Own the UT relationships and market presence for the team.
• Conduct market research shaping sales and marketing strategies.
• Support mid-level account executives with prospecting and follow-up.
• Bridge empathy reporting with the CMO's storytelling.
• Turn churned logos into win-back targets with a plan.
