Enerex is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own onboarding, issue resolution, and ongoing product adoption for our retail energy SaaS platform. You will diagnose data and workflow issues, coordinate with product, engineering, and sales, and help customers implement best practices for scalable success.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-team collaboration, and proactive problem solving, with remote work options and a growth-oriented, mission-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in a customer-facing SaaS or software role.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues involving data/workflows.
• Hands-on data skills: Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables), plus SQL or APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking.
• High level of ownership—drive issues to resolution with minimal escalation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and ensure accurate setup and production readiness.
• Own customer issue resolution, diagnosing discrepancies in pricing, contracts, or data.
• Provide customer training and enablement with workflow-focused sessions.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for education and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales to surface issues and improve workflows.
• Identify patterns and develop playbooks to reduce recurring problems.
