Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive, results-driven Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts and drive long-term value through onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth. This role is 100% remote; candidates must live in a U.S.

state. You will own renewal planning, manage GRR targets, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure a consistent customer experience while identifying expansion opportunities and driving
