Job summary

Embold Research is seeking a Director of Growth to build top-of-funnel pipeline and own the full sales cycle for our research offerings. This quota-carrying role reports to the Head of Growth and targets multiple verticals including housing, healthcare, clean energy, education, and government services.

You will lead outbound campaigns, qualify opportunities, close deals, and maintain CRM discipline while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency in a fully remote, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in outbound B2B sales and pipeline ownership.
• Experience in polling or market research and selling research to organizations.
• Experience building business within target verticals: housing, clean energy, education, media and information.

Responsibilities

• Open and grow new markets across targeted verticals.
• Close deals and manage full sales cycle for generated opportunities.
• Maintain CRM discipline with accurate pipeline reporting.
• Provide market intelligence to inform sales strategy.
• Innovate using AI tools to improve workflow.
