Embold Research is seeking a Director of Growth to build a top-of-funnel pipeline and own the full sales cycle for Embold Research. This fully remote role reports to the Head of Growth and involves targeting multiple sectors, building opportunities, and managing client relationships.

You will drive outbound campaigns, research priority verticals, and craft proposals to close deals, with regular performance reviews at 90 and 180 days.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in outbound B2B sales with owned pipeline and quota.
• Experience in polling or market research and ability to translate research language for clients.
• Established network in target verticals (housing, clean energy, education, media/information, philanthropies).

• Open and grow new markets and create opportunities with qualified clients.
• Close deals and manage full sales cycle with the team.
• Maintain CRM discipline and accurate pipeline reporting.
