Job summary

ALIRI is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to lead the overall BD strategy and operations for its Contract Research Organization, driving growth and aligning with business objectives. The role entails guiding the executive team, leading cross-functional collaboration, and shaping market strategies.

You will analyze market dynamics, mentor the BD team, and manage the BD budget while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field with 15+ years experience is required -OR- Master's Degree or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field with 13+ years experience is required -OR- Ph.D. or equivalent in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field with 11+ years experience is required
• Significant work experience will be considered as a substitution for education
