Allucent is seeking a Sr. Director, Business Development to lead sales, client acquisition and account management across the US market.

You will shape the BD strategy, identify opportunities, and close high-value deals with pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients. In this role you will manage complex negotiations, mentor a team, and collaborate with cross-functional units to align offerings with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences or business.
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated business development in life sciences/pharma/biotech.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
