Job summary

Cosuno is seeking a Growth Engineer to build automation across marketing, lifecycle and data, working with Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, and data pipelines. You will be the first marketing engineer, shaping how our growth stack is built and reused across paid, lifecycle, and content channels.

You’ll collaborate with demand gen and marketing leadership, shipping with a business outcome and strong safety checks.

Qualifications

• Built marketing or growth automation in production, with CRM and lifecycle workflows.
• Hands-on with APIs, webhooks and automation tools; coding in Python/TypeScript and SQL a plus.
• Familiar with ad platform and CRM data, audiences and attribution.
• Shipped LL M-based or agentic automation into real workflows, not just copywriting.
• Focus on outcomes with measurable results and progressive launches.
• Ability to reason about trade-offs, with careful live deployments and rollback plans.
• Excellent collaboration with marketers and clear communication of trade-offs.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You automate marketing and lifecycle operations: triggers, segments, workflows and personalization in ActiveCampaign and Salesforce.
• You automate paid marketing: audience syncs and suppression from CRM and product data, with data fed back to ad platforms.
• You build data and signal plumbing: product events, enrichment, and BigQuery integration.
• You automate creative production: variants inside brand templates with human review before live.
• You build reusable capabilities across paid, lifecycle, sales and content.
• You replace manual work with automation and LLM-based tooling for SEO and AI search.
• You enable fast experimentation with reusable test setups and measurement.
• You launch with care: include checks, controls, and rollout/rollback plans.
