• Turn inquiries into confirmed trips via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain deposit structures, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and travel requirements clearly.
• Coordinate room allocations, contracts, deposits, and final payments; manage pre-trip communication.
• Handle changes and inquiries quickly to support groups from quote to return home.
• Share insights on destinations, group-friendly venues, activities, and seasonal opportunities.
• Build post-booking relationships to encourage repeat group trips and referrals.
