• Turn inquiries into confirmed trips via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain deposits, payment schedules, cancellation policies, and rooming lists clearly.
• Coordinate group logistics: room allocations, contracts, deposits, and final payments.
• Provide post-booking support and nurture long-term partnerships.
