You will engage group leaders across email, chat, and phone, guiding decisions with a client-first approach while coordinating room blocks, payments, and itineraries for memorable getaways.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple quotes and contracts.
• Sales or hospitality experience is helpful; zero experience is welcome.
• Ability to guide group leaders towards decisions with a client-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Connect with group leaders to understand trip goals, group size, budget, dates, and must-have experiences.
• Recommend destinations, hotels, room blocks, and activities that fit budget and purpose.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed trips via email, chat, and phone with energy and client-first approach.
• Explain group travel details clearly: deposits, payment schedules, cancellations, rooming lists, name changes, requirements.
• Coordinate group logistics: room allocations, contracts, deposits, final payments, and pre-trip communication.
• Handle changes and concerns quickly so leaders feel supported from quote to return home.
• Share insights on destinations, group-friendly options, and seasonal opportunities.
• Build post-booking relationships to encourage repeat trips and referrals.
