Job summary

Ethos is seeking a VP of product with 4+ years owning product roadmaps, PRDs, and go-to-market launches to train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week and an immediate start.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across workflows, including requirements documents, quarterly roadmaps, feature launch plans, and experiment readouts. Compensation is $80/hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a product manager owning the full lifecycle from PRD authorship through roadmap prioritization and launch execution
• Direct experience designing or reading A/B test experiment readouts and translating results into shipped product decisions
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Own product requirements documents and quarterly roadmap decks.
• Lead feature launch readiness plans and experiment readouts.
