Job summary

Tinuiti, the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., is seeking a Group Director, Client Partner to lead a portfolio of high-impact client relationships remotely. You will align strategic recommendations with client objectives, oversee omnichannel plans, and guide senior stakeholders as their trusted advisor.

In this role you’ll collaborate with Pod Leaders, drive growth and client margins, and oversee onboarding, transitions, and ongoing team development.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Delivery roles with a proven track record of leading accounts that manage a variety of channels and multi-million dollar budgets.
• Expertise in data tracking platforms and audience research tools.
• Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal teams across a portfolio of clients to ensure strategic alignment of partnership recommendations with client objectives.
• Leverage omnichannel knowledge to oversee development of strategic plans.
• Provide coaching and evaluation of goals to team members and ensure KPI adherence.
• Collaborate with Pod Leader to achieve financial targets and drive growth.
• Maintain market knowledge to enhance client strategies and leverage cutting-edge tactics.
• Oversee client onboarding, offboarding, and transitions to maximize account potential.
