Job summary

Tinuiti, the largest independent full-funnel marketing agency in the U.S., is seeking a Client Partner Senior Account Manager for a fully remote role. You will foster client relationships, drive strategic recommendations, manage budgets and KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable results across SEM, SEO, CRO, Social, and Shopping channels.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of client partner experience, strong analytics, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
• Expertise in multiple digital platforms and how they work together. Google Analytics. Project Management tools.
• Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong, transparent relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions.
• Utilize a deep understanding of the clients' business, industry trends, and KPIs to offer strategic guidance and impactful solutions.
• Lead the development of budgets and forecasts with clients, and ensure accurate billing for media spend + fees.
• Develop a thorough understanding of each client's industry, business challenges, and goals to tailor strategies that drive results.
• Engage with Tinuiti's internal teams to contribute toward client project outcomes and strategic initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely updates and addressing concerns.
• Equip clients with knowledge to discuss strategic directions, reinforcing trust in our expertise.
• Maintain and apply knowledge of market developments to enhance client strategies and recommendations.
• Leverage knowledge of multiple digital channels to develop plans aligned with client goals.
