Job summary

Tinuiti, the largest independent full‑funnel marketing agency in the U.S., seeks a Group Director, Client Partner to own senior client relationships and drive multi‑year growth across a defined portfolio. You will translate insights into executive‑level decisions, orchestrate cross‑channel strategy, and lead high‑impact client reviews that reduce churn and boost value.

You’ll partner with Product, Analytics, Finance, and Ops to deliver measurable outcomes, build leadership capacity, and champion

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading multi‑million‑dollar client engagements in performance marketing.
• 6+ years people leadership (managers & ICs) including hiring, coaching and succession planning.
• Executive relationship leadership, change management, and strong communication & alignment skills.
• BA/BS required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and socialize multi‑year growth strategies across your portfolio; align executives on ambition, investment, and a practical change roadmap.
• Lead strategic client touchpoints and formal cross‑functional account reviews that turn insight into decisions and actions.
• Oversee integrated planning across multiple accounts; standardize planning frameworks and engage Strategic Planning for cross‑brand or multi‑market needs.
• Lead or co‑present senior‑level planning presentations and major pitches with VP or above; shape the story, solution, and value proposition.
