Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.
• Extensive experience with multiple digital platforms and how they work together.
• Proficient in Google Analytics and data-driven marketing decisions.
• Experience using project management tools to manage cross-channel campaigns.
• Research tools such as Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, and Commspoint.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time across multiple clients and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring on-time, on-scope, high-quality delivery.
• Devise and implement detailed account plans leveraging multiple media channels and Tinuiti solutions.
• Assist clients in budgets and forecasts; validate budget usage and monthly actuals.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling aligned with client goals.
• Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; prepare insights reports.
• Collaborate with client channel teams and internal groups to achieve project outcomes.
• Serve as primary contact for client communications; provide timely project updates and issue resolution.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of market developments and industry best practices.
